Overview

This was a challenging build designed to meet the client’s need for increased warehouse and office capacity to be implemented with zero interruption to his ongoing operation. We delivered with this 15m at apex full-height precast panel warehouse extension with volume for 1,700 additional pallet spaces; and a seamlessly integrated and continuously watertight extension to the office and façade. We were also challenged by the build’s placement directly in the Invercargill Airport’s flightpath – placing a 25m height limit on crane operation.
