This build was the steepest site we had worked with before, but this didn’t hinder us from delivering maximum site coverage with a high load warehouse with full height feature precast walls. This was achieved with heavy in-situ bored concrete piles; 18m at the longest – supporting a shell beam and rib-and-infill floor. The frontage presents a 2-storey office with a striking architectural façade – and a high-end bespoke fitout. The site also boasts a generous concrete yard and large cantilevered canopy.
