With a steep and challenging site, we overcame the adverse ground conditions using 120 11m in-situ concrete piles, and a hybrid slab-on-grade and rib-and-infill floor. This build boasts full-height feature precast elements, temperature-controlled retail areas, and heavy grind concrete polished floors. With a full tenancy fitout and a coloured concrete yard, this project combines premium construction materials and finishes to deliver a striking profile and enhance the build’s longevity.
